Bring your own Headphones

Once again this year, there will be several stages where you can listen to the programme via headphones.

We are using a new audio system for #rp24. And it's super simple – all you need is a pair of headphones:

  • your headphone
  • your smartphone, tablet or notebook
  • and the LiveVoice app:

Please also don't forget your chargers and power banks! If you run out of battery, you can borrow a power bank from our partner Rechargy. You will find a total of six stations spread across the entire festival site.

How it works:

  1. Bring your smartphone/device and your headphones to re:publica – and don't forget your power banks and charging devices!
  2. Download the LiveVoice app.
  3. Log in to the channel: At our headphone stages in STATION Berlin you will find the access code for the stage, which you then enter in the app.
  4. Listen to the session and have a good time.
  5. Please log out of the channel when you leave the stage.

If you open the corresponding session on a headphone stage in the re:publica app, you will also find a headphone icon there. Clicking on it will take you directly to the right LiveVoice channel.

The audio system will be used on Stages 1 & 2 for simultaneous interpreting, on Stage 3, at the Lightning Boxes, at the Homebase, at Speak Up! in the Community Garden, in the Atrium, at the #17Ziele Podcast Stage, in the Pop Up Space, in the ARD Perspective Lab, in the ZDF Meetup Corner, on Stage 6 (for the translations of the WDR sessions) and at the stand programme of our partners.
