re:publica 25 for kids

06.05.2025 - The re:publica is for everyone! That's why children are more than welcome here. The time at #rp25 should be fun for parents and children – that's why there are various offers at our festival again this year.

The Kids & Baby Space

The first place to go for anyone coming to re:publica with a child is the Kids & Baby Space near the accreditation desk at the main entrance. For short breaks, a snack or a breastfeeding meal, there is a quiet corner for parents and small children. You will also find a changing table, a reading corner and lots of toys.

Programme sessions for kids & teens

There will be a programme too: on Monday 26 May, Matthias Kirschner will read from his book ‘Ada und Zangemann: Ein Märchen über Software, Skateboards und Himbeereis’ at 2:45 pm in the Kids & Baby Space. Afterwards, you can look forward to the short film that goes with the book.

On Tuesday 27 May at 12.30 pm, you can look forward to a creative workshop with the Minu Maju team, where children and parents can use the versatile Click building blocks to express their creativity.

For older kids and teens aged 13 and over, we recommend a visit to TINCON, which takes place on all three days between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm in parallel to re:publica at STATION. Click here to register.
