Céline Nauer

Céline Nauer is an artist working at the intersection of technology, culture, and society. She is co-founder of t8y, an art duo based between Zurich and Taipei pretending to cope with the development of technologies. Through interventions in everyday life, they question, twist and challenge the rules of digital empires.

Alongside her artistic practice, Céline is based in Taiwan and works in digital policy, bridging perspectives from the arts with tech governance. She is also an advisory board member of Code Excursion, a feminist coding school empowering underrepresented voices in technology.
