Currently the Co-Managing Director of Berlin Global Village, Molly draws on more than 20 years of experience in the arts, events, athletics, and business to focus on impactful organizational development. Leading and mentoring global and local organizations to achieve sustainable evolution and effectively implement strategies, she focuses on innovation and accountability for anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practices in culture, structure, and processes. Her work fosters the passions of individuals that contribute to changing the distribution of power through progressive movements.
