The digital future needs all of us. That is why, together with the Mercator Foundation, we are setting clear priorities: for a diverse and democratic digital public sphere. And for public administration and politics that actively shape the digital transformation.

The Mercator Foundation supports re:publica as a platform for critical and constructive dialogue on digital policy between civil society, academia, the media, politics and business. Together, we are creating spaces for ideas and solutions relating to a digitalised society that places democracy, participation and social cohesion at its heart.

In the programme special “re:claim Digital Future”, we work together every year to set the agenda – and this year’s re:publica 26 is no exception. To this end, we curate sessions on relevant topics and specifically invite international speakers to take to the stage. This year, we are focusing on the theme of digital sovereignty.

Join us and discover a wide range of exciting sessions in the #rp26 programme – including: Karen Hao, Urvashi Aneja, Carole Cadwalladr, Lacina Koné, Katja Muñoz and many more.
