Rarely has the need for simple answers to complex issues been greater than it is today. The problem is that individual steps rarely add up to a comprehensive picture. In this #rp26 session, Andreas Gebhard and Franziska Brantner explore deeper connections and ask questions that have remained unanswered until now.

Andreas Gebhard is a co-founder of re:publica. Initiating ideas, reflecting on social issues, forging connections, and bringing clarity to complex matters is his daily work. Through this, he brings people, diverse topics, and contexts together.

Franziska Brantner  is an expert on European cooperation, climate policy, and international relations, and is one of the leading voices within the Green Party on economic and European policy issues. She has been active in European and German politics for many years. From 2017 to October 2021, she served as European policy spokesperson and parliamentary secretary for the Alliance 90/The Greens parliamentary group, and has been its head since 2024.
