Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety
For the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUKN), re:publica is a key platform for advancing the exchange on the connection between digitalization and environmental and climate protection. Digital transformation not only brings new demands on government, business, and society, but also opens up concrete opportunities for sustainable action and innovative solutions.
At re:publica 2026, the BMUKN will bring together diverse perspectives: from modern environmental administration and public sector modernization to the circular economy and sustainable consumption, as well as issues surrounding Green AI, social participation, and digital engagement. In discussions, workshops, and interactive formats, we will explore how sustainable digitalization can be implemented in practice and invite you to further develop these ideas together.
We look forward to engaging in dialogue with visitors and all those who want to actively shape the ecological and digital transformation.
